Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026

Who you are contracting with. OREeasy is the trading name of an independent sole trader established in Egypt. Contact: support@oreeasy.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "OREeasy" mean the operator of OREeasy, and "you" means the person using the service. When premium goes on sale, the purchase contract will be with Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and Paddle's terms will apply to that transaction alongside these.

By creating an account or using OREeasy at oreeasy.com or app.oreeasy.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. What OREeasy is

OREeasy is a web-based study platform for candidates preparing for the Overseas Registration Exam (ORE) Part 1. It provides original ORE-style practice questions, written explanations, progress tracking and timed ORE-style mock examinations. It is delivered entirely as software over the internet. It is not a course, not tuition, and includes no human teaching, coaching or advisory service.

2. Independence from the General Dental Council

OREeasy is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the General Dental Council (GDC) or any examining body.

All questions are original ORE-style practice material written for this platform. They are not past papers, not official GDC questions, and not reproductions of examination content. Mock examinations are ORE-style practice papers, not official papers.

Nothing on OREeasy predicts or guarantees any outcome in the real examination, and we do not publish any score that claims to. Your result in the ORE depends on factors entirely outside our control.

3. Your account

4. Subscriptions, pricing and renewal

A free tier is available with no payment: it unlocks three questions in each of the twelve subject areas, thirty-six in total, along with progress tracking, bookmarks and a sample mock.

Premium is not currently on sale. Checkout is not yet enabled, and no payment can be taken through this site at present. When premium opens, the following will apply:

When payments are enabled, orders will be processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who will handle the transaction, invoicing and applicable sales taxes. Paddle's terms will also apply to the purchase, and Paddle will appear as the seller on your statement.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

The question bank is the substance of this product and took considerable work to write. So, while using OREeasy, please do not:

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do so because of copying or redistribution of content, we may do it without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, text, design and code on OREeasy are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

8. Availability

We aim to keep OREeasy available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures at the hosting and database providers we rely on. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops.

9. Reporting a problem with a question

If you believe a question or explanation is wrong, unclear or out of date, please write to support@oreeasy.com. We review reports and correct genuine errors. Questions are not altered automatically on the basis of a report.

10. Liability

OREeasy is a study aid. It is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not warrant that the content is free of errors or that using it will produce any particular examination result.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, including any consequence of an examination result.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using OREeasy and delete your account at any time by writing to support@oreeasy.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we close your account without cause while you hold a paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Where a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will give notice by email before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
